Return and Complaint of Digital Products
Return:
Due to the nature of digital products purchased on xerix.eu, they cannot be returned. Once a product is downloaded or activated, it cannot be returned for a refund.
Complaint:
If a purchased digital product malfunctions or the license key is not active, you can file a complaint. You can submit a complaint by email to [email address] within [complaint period] of receiving the product.
