Return and Complaint of Digital Products


Due to the nature of digital products purchased on, they cannot be returned. Once a product is downloaded or activated, it cannot be returned for a refund.


If a purchased digital product malfunctions or the license key is not active, you can file a complaint. You can submit a complaint by email to [email address] within [complaint period] of receiving the product.

Complaint Procedure:

  1. In the email, include your name, email address, and order number.
  2. Describe the product malfunction and attach relevant screenshots or documents.
  3. The Operator will assess the complaint within [complaint handling time] and inform you of the outcome.

In Case of a Valid Complaint:

  • The Operator will provide you with a replacement product or license key.
  • If a replacement product is unavailable, the Operator will refund your money for the product.


  • The complaint does not cover product defects caused by improper use or installation.
  • The complaint does not cover products downloaded from unauthorized sources.
