Terms and Conditions for xerix.eu website

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “T&C”) govern the legal relationship between the operator of the website xerix.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) in connection with the purchase of digital products (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) through the Operator’s website.

2. Definitions

• Buyer: a natural or legal person who purchases Products from the Operator
• Product: a digital product offered by the Operator on the website
• Website: xerix.eu

3. Order and Purchase of Product

• The Buyer can order the Product through the Operator’s website.
• The order of the Product is binding.
• The Operator will confirm the order of the Product to the Buyer by email.
• The purchase contract between the Operator and the Buyer is concluded at the moment of delivery of the order confirmation to the Buyer.
• The Buyer is obliged to pay for the Product the price stated on the Operator’s website.
• Payment for the Product is possible by PayPal or credit card.
• The Operator will deliver the Product to the Buyer by email to the address specified in the order.

4. Delivery of Product

• The Product is delivered to the Buyer by email within 2 days
• The Buyer is obliged to check the Product after its delivery.

5. Product Complaint

• The Buyer may complain about the Product within 30 days of its delivery.
• The Buyer can make a complaint about the Product by email to the address luko@xerix.eu
• The Operator undertakes to handle the complaint about the Product within 30 days.

6. Product Return

• Due to the nature of digital products purchased on xerix.eu, they cannot be returned. Once a product is downloaded or activated, it cannot be returned for a refund.

7. Personal Data Protection

• The Operator undertakes to protect the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
• The Buyer agrees to the processing of his personal data by the Operator.

8. Final Provisions

• .These T&C are valid and effective from 7.3.2024
• The Operator reserves the right to change these T&C.
